Tasting Notes:
- Eye: Natural/light gold
- Nose: Opens with strong vanilla and sweet fruit notes followed by hints of grain
- Taste: Black pepper rises then is overtaken by vanilla fudge and just a trace of raisins
- Finish: Warm and comforting, just like honey on warm buttered toast

- Aged around three years
- Aged in ex-bourbon barrels
- Distilled at 47% ABV
