Tastings Notes
- Eye: Light Caramel
- Nose: Mown hay and cracked black pepper. Red bell peppers, nutmeg, clove oil, and green tea. Sweet honey and peaches from the Malaga casks.
- Taste: Homey sweetness with pot still spices. Flavors of fresh coffee and Creme Brulee. Notes of red apples and toasted oak.
- Finish: Sophisticated and complex with a sweetness throughout, followed by a mix or red grape and dry barley upon exit.

- Yellow Spot is owned by Irish Distillers and is made at the Jameson Distillery Midleton in Midleton, Ireland.
- Matured for not less than 12 years in Bourbon Barrels, Sherry Butts, and Malaga Casks.
