- Taste: On the palate – butterscotch, fresh juicy grape, vanilla, cinnamon, honey, and biscuits.
- Finish: Medium length finish with flavors evolve on the palate to a somewhat complex end.

- Second release in the “Departed Spirits of Limerick” series which this whiskey pays homage to the campaigns of Galloping Miguel Hogan, the rebellious hero from the parish of Doon, County Limerick.
- Single Malt Whiskey finished in a Ruby Port Cask.
