Tasting Notes:
- Eye: Golden.
- Nose: Very light on the nose, toffee apple, light hints of cloves, with butterscotch and cinnamon at the rear.
- Taste: Sweetness upfront followed by a toffee and soft vanilla essence, fruits, and a slight spiciness.
- Finish: A nice spicy lingering finish with lots of sweetness.
Additional Notes:
- Blend of golden grain and malted barley, triple distilled and aged in bourbon casks.
- The O’Driscoll clan hails from Baltimore, County Cork.
