Tasting Notes:

  • Eye: Gold mellow yellow.
  • Nose: Shades of apple. Dry and yeasty stewed apple, sour green apple gummies. Cut grass and orange cream soda, honey, and orange peel.
  • Taste: Apple pie, cinnamon, applesauce, and citrus peels.
  • Finish: Lingering, dry, and yeasty although the sweet apple tang still idles past the finish.

Additional Notes:

  • Matured in Bourbon Barrels with a collaboration finish in Chateau du Breuil Calvados.
  • Winner of Double Gold, as overall best Irish Single Malt at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
  • 3,500 bottles, numbered.
  • ABV: 46%
