Tasting Notes:
- Eye: Deep golden
- Nose: Fresh and vibrant with aromas of green and red fruits plus some hints of green herbs, boiled sweets and toast
- Taste: Sweet and vibrantly fruity. Lots of spice, toasted oak, and some tannic bitterness. Bittersweet chocolate, green herbs, and coffee.
- Finish: Pleasant bite and spiciness

- Matured in refill ex-bourbon barrels
- A small portion is matured in first fill bourbon barrels
- Distilled at 46% ABV
