Tasting Notes:
- Eye: Color is really light. Viscosity is thin, and leaves virtually no legs
- Nose: Spice, dried leather with a sweet dried fruit undertone
- Taste: Intense Spice, malt, and cracked pepper
- Finish: Charred Oak, smoke flavor
Additional Notes:
- Aged for six months in bog oak-charred casks, after being aged in Sherry wine casks for a time
- 100% malted barely
- Distilled at 43% ABV
