Tasting Notes:
- Eye: Dark bronze with a very pronounced reddish cast
- Nose: Vibrant fruit aromas of peach, apricot, raisins, cola, and pineapple drizzled in honey
- Taste: Sultanas, dried apricots, caramel toffees, vanilla, Madeira cake, vanilla, and honey.
- Finish: Well balanced and quite refined
Additional Notes:
- Initially aged in a bourbon cask for 10 years
- Followed by nearly 5 years in a red wine Syrah barrel from France’s Rhone Valley
- Distilled at 46% ABV
