- Eye: Dark bronze with a reddish cast
- Nose: Hot cross buns, lemon cake, redcurrants, honey, and dried apricots
- Taste: Full bodied and chewy. Flavors of coffee cake, raisins, dates, figs, and fruit n’ nut chocolate
- Finish: Rich and long
Additional Notes:
- Matured in fresh bourbon barrels for ten years
- Re-casked in an old Solera 500 liter Oloroso Dulce cask for over three years
- Distilled at 46% ABV
