Tasting Notes:

  • Eye: Light amber brown.
  • Nose: Blue and black fruits.
  • Taste: Tart almost jam like sweetness on the palate with some subtle notes of citrus peels.
  • Finish: Honey, mixed berries, and marmalade.

Additional Notes:

  • Dingle Whiskey is a product of its environment from the localized well water to the immensely manual mashing, alongside the wooden fermentation vessels that feed into the three bespoke copper pot stills.
  • Aged in Bourbon and Port casks.
  • Limited release of 13,000 bottles.
  • ABV: 46.5%
