Tasting Notes:
- Eye: Gold mellow yellow.
- Nose: Shades of apple. Dry and yeasty stewed apple, sour green apple gummies. Cut grass and orange cream soda, honey, and orange peel.
- Taste: Apple pie, cinnamon, applesauce, and citrus peels.
- Finish: Lingering, dry, and yeasty although the sweet apple tang still idles past the finish.
Additional Notes:
- Matured in Bourbon Barrels with a collaboration finish in Chateau du Breuil Calvados.
- Winner of Double Gold, as overall best Irish Single Malt at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
