Tasting Notes:

  • Eye: Amber
  • Nose: Hay and straw, along with prominent notes of ripe, green apples. Also aromas of warm beach air and saltwater
  • Taste: Jasmine, lavender, and nectar, with white wine, peach, and lemon zest. Sticky lemon and honeysuckle flavors.
  • Finish: Long and floral, with oak and dry, white wine from the inclusion of Moscatel in the finishing casks’s treatment

Additional Notes:

  • Ex-bourbon american oak cask
  • Aged 16 years
  • Distilled at 46% ABV
