- Produced in collaboration with Inniskillin Winery in Niagara, Ontario, Canada’s original estate winery and leading producer of icewine
- Triple-distilled vatting of Single Pot Still and Single Malt whiskeys, had been finished for an additional 12 months in icewine hogheads before being bottled
- Bottled at 46% ABV
